We map every workload, rebuild pipelines for the new engine instead of wrapping the old one, run old and new in parallel until every difference is explained, then cut over in phases with a way back.

Our data engineering team builds the lakehouse on Delta Lake with bronze, silver, and gold layers, data contracts, and Unity Catalog, handling batch, CDC, and streaming ingestion. Auto Loader, Databricks SQL, and CI/CD bundles are standard.

Governance is built in from the first sprint. Unity Catalog gives central access control, lineage, and audit trails; we add encryption, role-based security, and workspace isolation, aligned with GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA.

On governed data, we deliver data science and machine learning in one permission boundary: feature engineering, training, serving, and MLOps with MLflow, plus predictive models and RAG agents with Agent Bricks and Genie.

We tune clusters, jobs, and queries, right-size compute, set autoscaling, and clean up storage, then report the savings against your baseline. FinOps discipline is part of the build.
